We are committed, since KAHRAMAA inception in 2000, to provide Qatar’s need of high quality electricity and water services following the best international and local standards, as indicated in QNV 2030: “Management of the environment such that there is harmony between economic growth, social development and environmental protection.
KAHRAMAA managed, thanks to the wise leadership of H.H. Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani, the Emir of Qatar and His government, to complete vital electricity and water projects, while investing in infrastructure to cope with the comprehensive development and the increasing demand. It comes within KAHRAMAA national responsibility as lea​ding State corporation.
KAHRAMAA not only provides servic​es, rather it works to ensure sustainability by making use of renewable energy especially solar. In addition, it promotes the culture of conservation among all society classes. It launched the National Campaign for the Conservation and Efficient Use of Water And Electricity ”Tarsheed” to ensure sustainability and better living for Qatari people one generation after the other.
As for human development, KAHRAMAA provides employment, education, training and development opportunities for Qataris to involve in technical jobs by introducing several incentives. The Qatari woman has equal opportunities. She assumes several leadership posts in KAHRAMAA. Man is the most valuable investment in KAHRAMAA. Our staff are the main component of KAHRAMAA successful story thanks to their efforts and teamwork spirit.
We, in KAHRAMAA, stress and reiterate our commitment to serve, as we used to be, an effective and key partner in all plans and programs of comprehensive development the State witnesses while assuming our social responsibility.

Call Center 991

​Our KAHRAMAA call center is available to assist you with general information concerning your bill payments, new and current connections. It is a 24 hours electricity and water emergency and response center; you can report your problem or concern and follow up the progress of the response.
The 991 call center uses an auto-response system to help you minimize queuing time on the phone and speak to a call center agent. You must have your electricity and water number ready to use this service.

Call 991, KHARAMAA's 24/7 Electricity and Water Emergency and Incident help line; the Call Center opens 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

​يعمل مركز اتصالات كهرماء لتزويدك بمعلومات عامة تتعلق بدفع فواتيرك، والتوصيلات الجديدة والحالية، ويعمل المركز على مدار الساعة للاستجابة لطوارئ الكهرباء والمياه. يمكنك الإبلاغ عن أي مشكلة أو عارض و تتبع إجراءات الاستجابة.
يطبق  مركز الاتصال 991 نظام نظام الرد التفاعلي (IVR)، ليساعدك على تقليل وقت الإنتظار على الهاتف والتحدث مع مشغل البدالة. ويجب أن يكون رقم الكهرباء والمياه في المتناول ليمكنك استخدامه أثناء الاتصال. ويعمل موظفو خدمات المشتركين في خدمتكم خلال ساعات الدوام من السبت إلى الخميس من كل أسبوع.
إتصل بـ 991، مركز الإتصال لطوارئ الكهرباء والمياه الذي يعمل 24 ساعة/ 7 أيام، على مدار الأسبوع.
