Document Controller

Description:

Plan, develop and administer document control systems for QC and the interface with KM EDMS..

Collaborate closely with the FT Division in developing standards, procedures, tools and techniques in ensuring effective and smooth document control systems required for QC projects and studies.
 
Provides expertise on server management which includes capacity planning, installation, data storage organization, optimization and maintenance.
 
Act as Project clerk for all QC Projects.

 

Qualifications:

​- Diploma or Higher Secondary with Certification in System Documentation

- Minimum 5- 7  years experience in a corporate world and their systems implementation.

- Advanced software application development and tools and applicable programming languages in the business and industrial environment and experience with network products, services, maintenance and administration will be highly regarded.
