This procedure are prepared and published for all Contractors and Consultants to organize the appropriate activities in order to confirm the method statement for work in the MV and LV network (cable & OHL) vicinity to avoid any damage to the KM distribution network and to avoid any interruption of supply due to improper way of work by the Third Party Contractor. This Guidelines are prepared and published for all Contractors and Consultants as a guide, to explain the procedures the Third party Contractors shall follow at the site when working in the vicinity of MV/LV cables / OHL. Third party Contractor to submit specific Method statement to work in vicinity of existing MV/LV cables / OHL wherever required based on the field conditions. The consultant of the contractor to review and approve such Method statement. We aim for dissemination to describe the steps to be followed for below mentioned processes: - •Confirmation of all formalities completed by the Contractor before working in vicinity of MV and LV cables/OHL. •Specific remarks for carrying out the work in vicinity of network. •Method statement of work for protection of the cables and OHL. •Approve/renewal of SIS application for defined period of work. •Appropriate safety documents issuing (if required).

​Our KAHRAMAA call center is available to assist you with general information concerning your bill payments, new and current connections. It is a 24 hours electricity and water emergency and response center; you can report your problem or concern and follow up the progress of the response.
The 991 call center uses an auto-response system to help you minimize queuing time on the phone and speak to a call center agent. You must have your electricity and water number ready to use this service.

Call 991, KHARAMAA's 24/7 Electricity and Water Emergency and Incident help line; the Call Center opens 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

​يعمل مركز اتصالات كهرماء لتزويدك بمعلومات عامة تتعلق بدفع فواتيرك، والتوصيلات الجديدة والحالية، ويعمل المركز على مدار الساعة للاستجابة لطوارئ الكهرباء والمياه. يمكنك الإبلاغ عن أي مشكلة أو عارض و تتبع إجراءات الاستجابة.
يطبق  مركز الاتصال 991 نظام نظام الرد التفاعلي (IVR)، ليساعدك على تقليل وقت الإنتظار على الهاتف والتحدث مع مشغل البدالة. ويجب أن يكون رقم الكهرباء والمياه في المتناول ليمكنك استخدامه أثناء الاتصال. ويعمل موظفو خدمات المشتركين في خدمتكم خلال ساعات الدوام من السبت إلى الخميس من كل أسبوع.
