The KAHRAMAA Health & Safety Policy Statement:

It is the policy of KAHRAMAA to conduct its activities with its employees, contractors and others associated, in such a way as to give proper regard and foremost account to Health & Safety and to the conservation of the environment, in all of its areas of operation.

The implementation of HSE policy shall be conducted through:

a. Compliance with national laws, regulations, standards and best International practices
b. All management and supervisory levels share the accountability for HSE policies at the corporation and the adoption of positive attitudes towards HSE practices
c. Contractors implementation of HSE standards and practices adopted by KAHRAMAA
d. Undertaking of appropriate reviews and evaluations to measure HSE performance against identified standards and to ensure compliance with this policy
e. Enforcement of appropriate HSE awareness and training methodologies for its employees
f. Development and maintenance of HSE emergency procedures in cooperation, where necessary, with Government and local authorities
g. Continuous improvement of the efficiency and sustainable use of energy and natural resources, whilst minimizing the negative impacts on the environment.
