KAHRAMAA Launches a Creative & Innovative Website " A creative Fingerprint "

Towards creating an innovative environment, Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation “KAHRAMAA” has launched an electronic website for creativity and innovation “A Creative Fingerprint” in order to encourage the corporation’s members to propose creative ideas, solutions, support and provide an appropriate environment to implement and transfer them into initiatives and projects. KAHRAMAA seeks to achieve the objective of developing and promoting corporation’s performance via innovative methods as well as achieving vision of Creativity and Innovation Team represented in “By 2030, KAHRAMAA will be a leadership in innovation and creativity”.     
The team focuses on 8 sectors of KAHRAMAA to urge creativity in those fields. The sectors are operating and maintaining electricity and water, social responsibility, customer services, renewable energy, safety, health and environment, administrative and financial processes, communication and technology, and Corporation’s improvement. The program also highlights the framework identified by the team where it receives innovative ideas via this website. The participant must select “A Creative Fingerprint” and fill in data and details of his/her creative idea.     
The Innovation and Creativity Team follows a principle of clarifying criteria related to announcing results of submitted idea whether it is accepted, rejected or must be improved. The team receives ideas and classifies them in accordance with the eight fields, evaluates the additional value and their possibility to contribute in attaining the strategic objectives of the Corporation. Furthermore, the website clarifies the ongoing procedures of creative idea from submission till completion.        
KAHRAMAA invites all to visit its electronic website innovation.km.qa and add their creative fingerprint that might contribute in achieving the development, improvement and productivity march for the State of Qatar.

​Our KAHRAMAA call center is available to assist you with general information concerning your bill payments, new and current connections. It is a 24 hours electricity and water emergency and response center; you can report your problem or concern and follow up the progress of the response.
The 991 call center uses an auto-response system to help you minimize queuing time on the phone and speak to a call center agent. You must have your electricity and water number ready to use this service.

Call 991, KHARAMAA's 24/7 Electricity and Water Emergency and Incident help line; the Call Center opens 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

​يعمل مركز اتصالات كهرماء لتزويدك بمعلومات عامة تتعلق بدفع فواتيرك، والتوصيلات الجديدة والحالية، ويعمل المركز على مدار الساعة للاستجابة لطوارئ الكهرباء والمياه. يمكنك الإبلاغ عن أي مشكلة أو عارض و تتبع إجراءات الاستجابة.
يطبق  مركز الاتصال 991 نظام نظام الرد التفاعلي (IVR)، ليساعدك على تقليل وقت الإنتظار على الهاتف والتحدث مع مشغل البدالة. ويجب أن يكون رقم الكهرباء والمياه في المتناول ليمكنك استخدامه أثناء الاتصال. ويعمل موظفو خدمات المشتركين في خدمتكم خلال ساعات الدوام من السبت إلى الخميس من كل أسبوع.
إتصل بـ 991، مركز الإتصال لطوارئ الكهرباء والمياه الذي يعمل 24 ساعة/ 7 أيام، على مدار الأسبوع.
