Various Activities at KAHRAMAA booth in Darb Al-Sa’ai

Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation “KAHRAMAA” marks Qatar National Day which falls on 18th December by taking part in the annual celebrations. KAHRAMAA has a prestigious booth at Darb Al-Sa’ai, within Doha Tent, during the period 9 to 20 December 2017 to introduce various activities.
 
KAHRAMAA booth has an innovative design that reflects the Qatari heritage, where its walls have decorated with quotes of His Highness Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani; Emir of Qatar, and Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser Al Missned. The quotes promote belonging to this country and emphasize on the value of Qatari human role as the most important investment in comprehensive development the State witnesses, achieving sustainability and preserving resources.
 
The booth has many awareness, education and entertainment activities for audience and visitors. It includes registration section that highlights the importance of electricity and water numbers, checking consumption’s rate, making use of KAHRAMAA smart services to implement various transactions.
 
In line with Qatar National Vision 2030 and to attain sustainability objectives, KAHRAMAA booth includes section showing electricity and water consumption behaviors and tools in order to disseminate awareness of conservation and energy efficiency as well as preserving resources.
 
The booth also contains many activities for students about the importance of achieving sustainability to instill its culture and preserving environment such as workshops present green cities, recycling methods, planting, proper manners to deal with violations and stop wasting.
 
A special corner has specified for children under five years old. It includes amazing various activities, coloring and games on conservation methods in a simple way. Best drawings will be published by KAHRAMAA.
 
KAHRAMAA annual participation within Darb Al-Sa’ai activities reflects its role as a leading Corporation in the State and its national responsibility in disseminating the values of loyalty values, belonging and patriotism. KAHRAMAA’s booth witnesses great attendance due to its various activities.​

​يعمل مركز اتصالات كهرماء لتزويدك بمعلومات عامة تتعلق بدفع فواتيرك، والتوصيلات الجديدة والحالية، ويعمل المركز على مدار الساعة للاستجابة لطوارئ الكهرباء والمياه. يمكنك الإبلاغ عن أي مشكلة أو عارض و تتبع إجراءات الاستجابة.
يطبق  مركز الاتصال 991 نظام نظام الرد التفاعلي (IVR)، ليساعدك على تقليل وقت الإنتظار على الهاتف والتحدث مع مشغل البدالة. ويجب أن يكون رقم الكهرباء والمياه في المتناول ليمكنك استخدامه أثناء الاتصال. ويعمل موظفو خدمات المشتركين في خدمتكم خلال ساعات الدوام من السبت إلى الخميس من كل أسبوع.
