KAHRAMAA gives the highest priority to the employment of as much Qatari graduates and qualified cadres at all levels and specifications as possible. By the end of 2010, statistics showed that the 1072 Qataris represent 35.60% of KAHRAMAA employees at all job levels.

Considering the significance of providing job and training opportunities for promising Qataris, Human Resources Department (HR) at KAHRAMAA has designed an ambitious program for the Qatarization of clerical and security jobs by 100% and technical, administrative, and engineering jobs by 50% in the coming five years.

1. Job opportunities:
Job opportunities are available in various fields. They are divided into technical and administrative categories.

a. Technical Jobs:
KAHRAMAA attracts distinguished electrical and mechanical engineering graduates to serve in various fields as KAHRAMAA recruits  site and project management, maintenance, design, and information systems engineers, programmers, GIS engineers and technicians, in addition to other technical jobs such as inspectors, electricity and water network operation and maintenance technicians, and water laboratory chemists.

b. Administrative Jobs:
In addition to the technical jobs, KAHRAMAA has various administrative and business development specifications including, for example: Accounting, Law, Finance, Business Development, Planning, Human Resources, Public Relations, Business Administration, Economic, Procurement, in addition to other jobs including clerical and security works.

2. Allowances
KAHRAMAA offers many benefits for Qatari and non Qatari employees as per the relevant approved regulations.  KAHRAMAA introduces differential benefits for Qatari in specific to ensure their occupational, economic, and livelihood stability. It comes within KAHRAMAA social responsibility for the provision of career and livelihood security for all employees.
