Board of Directors

The Board of Directors at KAHRAMAA has the authority to define the corporation's goals and objectives, and to take responsibility for the setting, implementation and pursuance of the corporation's general policies, regulations, plans, programs and projects.
The main responsibility of the Board collectively, lies in promoting the success of the corporation by directing and supervising its strategy towards new opportunities. The Board is also responsible for the corporation's financial and operational performance.
