KAHRAMAA Participated in the 8th Customer Care Conference

Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation "KAHRAMAA" participated in the 8th GCC Government & Business Customer Care Conference held in Dubai – UAE. KAHRAMAA delegation was headed by Eng. Nasser Al-Mohannadi Customer Services Department Manager, accompanied by Mr. Eisa Al-Kobasi, and Mr. Saleh Al-Mosaifri. KAHRAMAA participation comes in its commitment to participate in the regional and international conferences within the relentless efforts it exerts in the field of customer care for the provision of high quality customer services.

The conference discussed the importance of meeting customer needs and requirements in governmental and private corporations. It was meant to help corporations efficiently and effectively plan for the provision of highest quality services for customers. It urged customer care professionals to develop and focus on customer services and requirements to ensure the success of their corporations in the 21st century where the complicated customer needs make competition between organizations for customer loyalty.
