KAHRAMAA Organizes the second Forum for Creativity & Innovation

Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation “KAHRAMAA” has organized the second forum for Creativity and innovation on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at KAHRAMAA Awareness Park under the theme of “Achieving Vision with a Creative Leadership”. The forum aims at improving performance by adopting innovative methodologies in all work’s fields and attaining vision with a creative leadership. It also mentioned the inspirational speech of H.H. Tamim Bin Hamad Al- Thani, Emir of the State “We need diligence, ingenuity, free thinking, and constructive initiatives”. This organization comes within KAHRAMAA efforts and believes in creativity and innovation as key factors of achieving the march of productive improvement and development.
Moreover, the forum aims at instilling creativity and innovation culture, continuing achievements, transforming challenges into opportunities and initiatives, encouraging Qatari leadership as well as strengthen social responsibility of the national programs launched by KAHRAMAA Corporation to preserve Qatar’s resources. The forum includes a discussion session with presence of H.E. Eng. Essa Bin Hilal Al Kuwari- KAHRAMAA President, Dr. Saad Bin Ahmed Al Muhannadi- President of Public Works Authority Ashghal, H.E. Hassan Bin Abdulla Al Thawadi- Secretary General of Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy, H.E Abdulaziz Bin Nasser Al-Khalifa- Chief Executive Officer of Qatar Development Bank; and Mohamed Bin Badr Al Sada- Chief Executive Officer of Hasad Food.
During discussion session, the participants presented the most challenges faced by corporation and how to deal with them in creative methods that contribute in promoting performance as well as attaining the State’s ambitious vision 2030 with its four pillars: human development, social development, economic development and environmental development. Furthermore, it discussed the role of Qatari youth in transferring those challenges into innovative ideas and constructive initiatives.   
It is worth mentioning that KAHRAMAA has launched an electronic website for creativity and innovation “A Creative Fingerprint” to encourage Corporation’s members to preset their creative ideas and instill innovation culture among Qatari society. KAHRAMAA is also keen to provide an innovative environment to support human element, which considers the real wealth that must focus on via providing all possibilities to develop and train those sources. These efforts come as a part of KAHRAMAA’s contributing in attaining Qatar National Vision 2030 where it seeks to achieve its vision represented in “By 2030, our people, assets, systems and processes will set a global benchmark for performance, technological innovation, environmental sustainability and social responsibility in electricity & water Sector”. Thus, we are constantly challenging to keep the highest level of excellence and leadership in order to achieve our ambitious future vision.

​Our KAHRAMAA call center is available to assist you with general information concerning your bill payments, new and current connections. It is a 24 hours electricity and water emergency and response center; you can report your problem or concern and follow up the progress of the response.
The 991 call center uses an auto-response system to help you minimize queuing time on the phone and speak to a call center agent. You must have your electricity and water number ready to use this service.

Call 991, KHARAMAA's 24/7 Electricity and Water Emergency and Incident help line; the Call Center opens 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

​يعمل مركز اتصالات كهرماء لتزويدك بمعلومات عامة تتعلق بدفع فواتيرك، والتوصيلات الجديدة والحالية، ويعمل المركز على مدار الساعة للاستجابة لطوارئ الكهرباء والمياه. يمكنك الإبلاغ عن أي مشكلة أو عارض و تتبع إجراءات الاستجابة.
يطبق  مركز الاتصال 991 نظام نظام الرد التفاعلي (IVR)، ليساعدك على تقليل وقت الإنتظار على الهاتف والتحدث مع مشغل البدالة. ويجب أن يكون رقم الكهرباء والمياه في المتناول ليمكنك استخدامه أثناء الاتصال. ويعمل موظفو خدمات المشتركين في خدمتكم خلال ساعات الدوام من السبت إلى الخميس من كل أسبوع.
إتصل بـ 991، مركز الإتصال لطوارئ الكهرباء والمياه الذي يعمل 24 ساعة/ 7 أيام، على مدار الأسبوع.

أطلقت كهرماء خدمتها الجديدة والمميزة على برنامج التواصل الاجتماعي " الوتس اب" على الرقم "30303991" لتعزيز جسور التواصل بينها وبين مشتركيها، بحيث يستفاد عبر هذه الخدمة من مزايا السرعة في ارسال الملاحظات والإجراء . فقد طبقت هذه الخدمة لتساعدك في الإبلاغ عن أي مشكلة أو عارض والتقاط الصور للمشكلة وارسالها بشكل سريع.
