KAHRAMAA Holds the Annual Business Planning Forum


Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation “KAHRAMAA” has organized the Annual Planning Forum 2017; led by Corporation’s President H.E. Eng. Essa bin Hilal Al-Kuwari under the theme of (KAHRAMAA Towards Achieving the Goals & Creativity of Business Integration) to discuss the Corporation’s strategic plans 2018-2022.
Directors, Managers and Section’s Heads at KAHRAMAA have participated in this meeting to review and discuss plans and projects of the Corporation’s Department for the next five years as well as revise the last year’s performance levels.
The session has been started with the President’s word H.E. Eng. Essa bin Hilal Al-Kuwari, in which he stressed that Qatar National Vision 2030, seven recommendations mentioned in His Highness Emir of the State speech during the Opening of Advisory Council's 46th Ordinary Session and the ten topics of the Second National Strategic Development (2017-2022), are representing the frameworks and basis that KAHRAMAA’s plan established on (2018-2022). 
H.E. added that KAHRAMAA has adopted the theme of excellence in all its six dimensions of business and chosen (KAHRAMAA Towards Achieving the Goals & Creativity of Business Integration) as a theme for this year. The forum comes as a step of KAHRAMAA’s plans to attain its strategic objectives through innovation and creativity to ensure the continuous development.
H.E. concluded his word: “KAHRAMAA's choice of the forum's slogan this year did not come from nothing, but preceded by a great work to achieve its objectives. KAHRAMAA has established Innovation and Creativity Incubator to create an environment not only for its staff, but for every genius in all fields. It also has completed Business Integration Project which will be implemented by the beginning of 2018”. 
The opening word has been followed by a number of sessions; during which Planning & Quality Department presented an overview of the future five-year plan. It also reviewed the most important indicators related to KAHRAMAA Affairs included Electricity Network Affairs, Water Network Affairs, Technical Affairs, Shared Services Directorate as well as Corporate Departments where they have discussed and reviewed Five-Year plan 2018-2022. 
It's worth mentioning that the strategic development of KAHRAMAA’s business has been started since 2014 by adopting the updated guidance of the Corporation’s mission, vision and values, identifying the general strategies and objectives that Corporation aims to achieve during the coming five years in addition to the long-term road map.

​يعمل مركز اتصالات كهرماء لتزويدك بمعلومات عامة تتعلق بدفع فواتيرك، والتوصيلات الجديدة والحالية، ويعمل المركز على مدار الساعة للاستجابة لطوارئ الكهرباء والمياه. يمكنك الإبلاغ عن أي مشكلة أو عارض و تتبع إجراءات الاستجابة.
يطبق  مركز الاتصال 991 نظام نظام الرد التفاعلي (IVR)، ليساعدك على تقليل وقت الإنتظار على الهاتف والتحدث مع مشغل البدالة. ويجب أن يكون رقم الكهرباء والمياه في المتناول ليمكنك استخدامه أثناء الاتصال. ويعمل موظفو خدمات المشتركين في خدمتكم خلال ساعات الدوام من السبت إلى الخميس من كل أسبوع.

أطلقت كهرماء خدمتها الجديدة والمميزة على برنامج التواصل الاجتماعي " الوتس اب" على الرقم "30303991" لتعزيز جسور التواصل بينها وبين مشتركيها، بحيث يستفاد عبر هذه الخدمة من مزايا السرعة في ارسال الملاحظات والإجراء . فقد طبقت هذه الخدمة لتساعدك في الإبلاغ عن أي مشكلة أو عارض والتقاط الصور للمشكلة وارسالها بشكل سريع.
