Tenders can be purchased online after registering in Kahramaa Site – Business Portal and paying the Fees. Drawings and other additional information shall be collected in a CD (with producing evidence of Tender Fee payment)  from the office of Manager, Electricity Projects, 22nd Floor, Kahramaa Main Building.

Fees are non-refundable and you can purchase online the tender document after registering in Kahramaa Site – Business Portal

·     Last date for the purchase of Tender Document: 20/07/2014 (Extended upto 24.07.2014)

·     The offer must be submitted along with the bank guarantee (as per the value given below)  issued by a Qatari Bank or by a bank operating in Qatar.

·         Packages 1,2 &5: QR 5,000,000.

·         Package 3: QR 6,000,000.

·         Packages 4 & 6: QR 3,000,000

 To submit the required documents, you must produce the following:

·         Copy of Commercial license.

·         Signed and stamped mandate letter from the Company.

·         Valid ID card.

Document submission time starts from 7:30 AM until 12:00 Noon on the Submission Date.
