Building Service Engineer - Mechanical/Civil

Description:

 

  • ​Manages tenders issuance and review process that includes preparation of tender documents for new or modification proposals, revision of bids, preparation of structural design drawings, cost estimation and reporting and planning
  • Provides civil engineering services such as site technical assessments including cost estimates, preparation of new layouts and  designs including construction issues
  • Manages engineering consultants and supervise their performance when needed to carry out certain projects
  • Reviews drawings and various documents related to maintenance and new contract works
  • Reviews existing system design in Mechanical/Civil engineering and recommends improvements
  • Reviews and updates list of reference standards available in the department and raises requisitions for procurement

 

 

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • ​Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering
  • More than 7 Years​ in relative field​
