Sr.Engineer Permits (District Cooling)

Description:

Provides permits, renewal of permits for all district cooling services in the State of Qatar

Studies the plans submitted by developers and check for adherence to Kahramaa policies prior to granting permits

Identifies discrepancies to the plans submitted and DC policies and work with the developers to meet minimum requirements

Conducts regular audits to ensure the permits are in place for new developments

Inspects the premises of cooling tower and checks for adherence of policies laid out by Kahramaa prior to issuing any permits

Works in cooperation with Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement department on securing and maintaining the ISO 9002 certification

Carries out and ensures the compliance of all activities within the District Cooling Department are in-line with Kahramaa health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Master’s degree preferred

More than 10 years of relevant experience and leadership responsibilities with minimum 4 years of relevant supervisory experience
