Core Responsibilities:

• Planning of EV Charging installation in the state of Qatar.
• Co-ordination with all stake holders for facilitating EV charging installation.
• Prepare tender document and tendering process of new EV charging installations.
• Management of data related to EV Network and EV Charger Network.
• Knowledge of all electrical installation regulations and standards is essential.
• Visit EV Charging locations for supervision of equipment erection and commissioning
• Receive requests for activation of EV chargers, RFID cards etc.
• Accumulate all info related to EV Charging locations.
• Collect specification and standards of equipment for desired compliance
• Keep and update all EV Charging Locations in relation to GIS Zone wise.
• Prepare Annual Plan, Month wise plan for condition Monitoring of EV Charging stations.
• Visit EV Charging locations with Electrical Technician to check healthiness of EV Charger equipment in relation to predefined operational requirement
• Prepare report for faulty equipment for replacement.
• Coordination with Manufacturer of EV Charger for any service requirement warranted compliance etc.
• Prepare all documents and necessary drawings and coordination for new EV charger installations job and resource planning for the work assigned.
• Knowledge of MS office like word/Excel/PowerPoint etc. is required.
• Preparation and update regulations relevant to EV Charging Network.
• General Knowledge of all software related to data management is essential
• Supervision of Quality, safety and HSE standards related to EV Charging stations is required.
• Works in cooperation with Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement section on securing and maintain the ISO / Risk Management / ISMS certification
• Carries out and ensures the compliance of all activities within the Department are in-line with KAHRAMAA Quality Management, Standards, health and safety regulations
  
  Self-Management Responsibilities:
• Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year
• Identifies the training and development requirements for self and agrees on them with the reporting manager to ensure that the required trainings are arranged and attended
• Keeps abreast of professional developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional growth
