​The role holder is responsible for leading and executing planning and development activities that support the strategic objectives of the Qatar Water Strategy (QWS) and the Integrated National Water Resources Database (INWRD) program. The position is open to professionals from all engineering disciplines, provided they demonstrate strong planning capabilities and a commitment to sustainable management

• Full aware of principles of integrated water resources planning and management, ability to work and produce professional results on:
• Water database from ongoing different water sectors,
• Total water balance
• Legislations and putting way forward strategy in normal and critical conditions
• Total plan for water resources
• Water reservoirs and piping network
• GIS
• Modeling of Groundwater resources
• Water quality – water network
• Water quality – groundwater
• Conservation
• Water recycling
• Network water losses reduction
